SEAN OLIVER
Director, Junior Huguenots & Board Member
Sean Oliver is a founding Board Member of the NRBA and is Director of the Junior Huguenots program, which he helped establish as the feeder system to New Rochelle High School programs. Since the founding of the Junior Huguenots in 2011, Sean has already developed the program from 2 to 4 teams. The program has had success throughout the region, in the Tri-County Basketball League (winning Championships in 2013), and other competitive leagues throughout the Metropolitan area.
Basketball is Sean's passion, and his efforts at exposing New Rochelle youth to the highest levels of competition have already paid dividends at the High School level. In connection with his Team 914 AAU program (of which he is Co-President) Sean has also spearheaded the NRBA's first two AAU Tournaments.
A long-time resident of New Rochelle, Sean is a graduate of New Rochelle High School and Iona College. While not pursuing his passion for basketball (which includes clinics, one-on-one training as well as basketball camps under his Basketball-4-Youth - www.basketball4youth.com - program) , Sean is a licensed Real Estate agent at Better Homes and Garden in New Rochelle.
